GETTING STARTED

NEW CLIENT INFO

  • Please arrive 15 minutes prior to class, you will need to fill out paperwork and have a short introduction of apparatus and method.
  • Make sure you fill out online liability waiver, there will also be one for you to fill out when you arrive at studio.
  • Grip socks are mandatory. They are available for purchase at the studio if needed.
  • Please wear athletic attire.
  • We have a strict no-show and late cancel policy. You will lose the class and be charged a $20 late fee if you do not cancel within 12 hour period of class start time. 
  • Please inform instructor if you have any injuries or limitations so that way we can accommodate you and provide any necessary modifications.
  • Get ready to get SCULPTED!
